I have a Master Degree in Sociology from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, I have a practical fieldwork approach to deal with the community level issue and challenges
I have a total of more than 8 years of experience in the development sector; I started my career as a Teacher in Sindh Rural Support Organization- SRSO in 2012 and worked there for two years and then I worked as an Enumerator, Researcher, and Surveyor in different organization for more than three years
Then, with “Association of Water, Applied Education and Renewable Energy-AWARE” as Social Mobilizer from 1st May 2018 to 31st January 2020 under the project “Women and Marginalized Groups, Natural Resource Management, and Peace Building- Unlocking the Potential” funded by the OXFAM GB at Badin and Tando Muhammad Districts.
My last job was with Management and Development Foundation-MDF as Social Mobilizer from 01st February 2020 to 30th October 2020 under the project “Women and Marginalized Groups, Natural Resource Management and Peace Building- Unlocking the Potential” funded by the OXFAM GB at Hyderabad, Badin, and Tando Muhammad Districts.
During my career I have attended different workshops/ seminars and trainings on Youth Safe gardening, Advocacy & Influencing, Gender, Peace building, Water Governance, Right To Information, Members of Standing Inquiry Committees, Linkages among Peace-building & Water Governance & Local Context of Sindh, Crop Management, Inclusive Governance, Technological Solution & Effective water Conversation, Water conversation & Technological model for Kitchen Gardening, Line listing & conduct the Interview, Conducting Household Survey and Baseline & End line survey methods etc
Encourage women's participation in building peace.
Planning of the social organization in consultation with the project staff under the supervision of the Project manager in the governance of water policy and promote peace
Influencing has contributed to adopting improved gender- and conflict-sensitive water governance
Acting as the bridge between community members and the project staff such as and ProjectManager
To bring peace among the community in the context of water issues
To encourage and stimulate community members to organize for action aimed at solving their problems and to plan, implement and monitor action that they define themselves and give them the awareness of water importance
To raise awareness that community members themselves can move each community out of resolve their own issues of water and other basic needs to sustain reasonable life, and to show them ways they can do this for themselves
To assist community members to identify needs and generating solutions, identifying priority issues and to analyses their problems.
To motivate and encourage potential leaders to talk to their fellow community members about unity and self-reliance.
Organize and Facilitate in Conducting Awareness Sessions with all Stakeholders.
Organize collective community meetings ensuring the representation of at least 50 percent women’s of the village to discuss the formation of the village committee (VC)
To provide community leaders with management skills and knowledge in getting community members interested, organized and motivated
To bring peace among the community in the context of water issues

Travel extensively writhen the field site
Must follow the instruction of a supervisor
Accuracy of GPS must be less than equal to 30 meter
Locate the assigned household which are included in the sample population
Interview the eligible respondents in the household
Maintain notes about the challenges faced in the field on a daily basis as per required criteria
Maintain close coordination with the supervisor
Attend related meetings and prepare required reports
Any other task as assigned by the supervisor.

Organizing and taking part in school events, outing and activities which may take place a weekend or in the evening
